Return policy

What items are eligible for return?

Returns are applicable to all regular-priced items unless stated otherwise in the item description.

Orders purchased with discount codes, reward points, gift cards, store credits, birthday discounts and bundles are not eligible for return. This applies to a single order that is made up of multiple items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition (i.e., unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unscented and with tags intact). Please pack your return parcel in the original transparent packaging. 

All items will be inspected upon return. MAEVE reserves the right to reject any returns that are not suitable for return and an additional re-delivery fee will be required for the item to be sent back to you. 

Kindly reach out to sales@maeve.sg for any inquiries regarding your orders. We will respond within 2 to 3 working days. 

Regarding concerns about returns and exchanges shared via Instagram DMs, they will be redirected to the mentioned email for streamlined monitoring. 

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in avoiding multiple email submissions, as our replies are organised based on email timestamps, and this will help us respond to all inquiries more efficiently.

 

How to return?

Please initiate a return request online through your MAEVE account. 

  • For local orders, please request the return within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
  • For international orders, please request the return within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. 

Returns initiated outside these timeframes or through other means will not be accepted.

Once the return request is completed and approved by MAEVE, a RMA number (RMA-XXXXX-XX) will be issued. Please indicate your name and the RMA number clearly on the return parcel.

 

What are the available modes of return?

All local returns need to reach MAEVE within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

All international returns need to reach MAEVE within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel.


Mail back via a traceable source:

All return items must be mailed back via a traceable source. MAEVE is not liable for any lost returns. All lost returns will be considered invalid. No compensation will be made for lost returns. Courier fees incurred for returning items will be borne by the customers.

24-hour drop-off at the warehouse:

After your return request is approved, you have the option to drop off your return parcel in the Returns Box at our warehouse. Our warehouse is located at Pioneer Junction – 3 Soon Lee Street, #06-28, Singapore 627606Please indicate your RMA number, order number and name clearly on the return parcel for verification purposes.

 

How long does it take to process the returns?

  • All accepted returns will be processed within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of the item. 
  • Store credits will be issued and are valid for 3 months
  • Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. 

 

Exchange policy

Size and colour exchanges are not allowed. We would recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and using the store credits issued to make a new purchase for the desired item. Reservations for items in specific sizes and colours are not available. 

 

Incorrect/Defective purchase

Sincere apologies if you received an incorrect or defective item. 

  1. Please email us at sales@maeve.sg within 7 working days.
  2. In the email, provide clear proof of defect or incorrect item and your order number.
  3. Any return or exchange of incorrect/defective items must be raised within 7 working days. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  4. Delivery fees incurred for the return/exchange will be reimbursed in the form of store credits. 

To be eligible for return/exchange, the incorrect item must be in its original condition (i.e., unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unscented and with tags intact). Please pack your return/exchange parcel in the original transparent packaging. 

If the incorrect/defective item is unavailable for exchange, a refund will be made in the form of store credits.

Any forms of wear, tear or defects caused to the items after wearing or washing are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds. We believe that all shoppers are responsible for handling received items with care.

Issues that do not affect the overall appearance and fit of the item will not be considered defective. For more details, please refer to our defects table below. If you are uncertain, please contact us at sales@maeve.sg. Each case will be assessed individually and MAEVE retains the discretion to reject cases that do not meet the criteria for defects.
