Local orders
We are happy to offer complimentary local standard courier for orders above S$120, comprising of all in-stock or all backorder items in a single invoice.
If your order consists of a backorder and an in-stock item, the in-stock item will be delivered first, and the backorder item will be delivered once it arrives.
A split shipping fee will be incurred for each order that falls below S$120. This applies to both local and international orders.

No self-collection is allowed at the warehouse and no combination of orders is allowed.
International orders
International shipping is available based on weight and country zones. The postage fees will be calculated upon check-out. Please note that any taxes and duty fees will be borne by the shoppers. For more information about taxes and duty fees, please check directly with Ninja Van.
Delivery durations vary by destination.
We offer international shipping to Malaysia via Ninja Van.
Estimated shipping duration:
- West Malaysia: 3 to 7 working days
- East Malaysia: 5 to 12 working days
Please note that the parcels may be subjected to delays due to customs clearance, peak periods or weather conditions.
